Program Management
Program management is most cost effective during the planning stages of the project, since we can provide the careful planning and organization skills that will help prevent costly problems during construction. Properly executed services such as construction feasibility reviews or studies, and preliminary scheduling can result in significant risk reduction and cost savings that are many times the cost of planning. Proper planning translates into reduced change orders, delays, and contractor claims. The Owners can maximize the benefits of NCPM in a professional advisory role throughout the design and construction process because the Northeast Construction Manager has no stake in the construction contracting.

Construction Management
We assist our clients with budget development, contract negotiations, coordination of sub-consultants, cost estimating, cost analysis and development of construction schedules. NE&C’s team has a proven method for coordination of all construction activities through close-out which minimizes costly change orders – saving time and maximizing construction dollars. A greater involvement during the construction phase with increased authority to direct and coordinate project resources differentiates our Construction Management services from our Project Management services, both of which are “agency” based.

On-site Services
NCPM maintains a full service materials testing laboratory that provides testing for both soils and aggregates.

The lab is CCRL inspected - AASHTO and Army Corp of Engineers certified and accredited. Lab technicians possess both ACI and MCIB certifications

NCPM provides Testing and Inspection for:
Soils, Steel, Composite Materials, Clay, Concrete, Welded Seams
Asphalt, Timber, Fireproofing, Rock, Pile Driving.
